Many countries receive the support of their local embassy or other organization in planning for Expo 2025. This support may be limited due to constraints on the resources of the local embassy and additional local support may be required to assist in the pre-event stage.

Identification and recruitment of local event staff. Identification of local suppliers/contractors for the build and fit out of the pavilion
