With a distinguished career spanning global travel, sports business, and international event management, our CEO brings decades of leadership and cross-cultural expertise to Japan Incentive Expert.
He built his professional foundation at a major Japanese travel company and Professional Conference Organizer (PCO), where he held senior executive roles across multiple regions. As Managing Director for Sports Business at the company’s headquarters, he was responsible for overseeing large-scale international projects and complex stakeholder coordination at the highest level.
His global leadership experience includes serving as CEO of the company’s European subsidiary, headquartered in the Netherlands, with responsibility for operations across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Austria. In addition, he served as a Board Member of the company’s subsidiary in Thailand, contributing to strategic development in the Asian market.
Having lived and worked abroad for over 20 years as an expatriate in Europe, the United States, Canada, and Australia, he has developed a deep understanding of diverse markets, business cultures, and client expectations. This extensive international exposure enables him to bridge global perspectives with Japan’s unique operational environment—an approach that defines the philosophy of Japan Incentive Expert.

Her professional experience spans a global airline, a European financial institution where she served as a personal assistant, and work as a licensed interpreter-guide, roles that required absolute discretion, cultural fluency, and an acute understanding of the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
Having lived abroad for over a decade in Argentina, Brazil, and Thailand, she has developed a nuanced appreciation of diverse cultures and lifestyles. This international perspective, combined with her background in elite service environments, underpins her approach to designing deeply personalized, seamless travel experiences.
